Dear Friends and Family,
As many of know we went to Serbia at the beginning of this month and it was very interesting!
God is at work however there are many challenges as well.
It is a country of contrasts - huge new houses next to shacks; stray dogs and cats; old yugos and gleaming SUVs.
We stayed in Novi Sad , 1 hour north of Belgrade . During the two weeks we taught English, lectured, shared our testimony, met a CEO and had a few one on one talks.
Robert and Trish MacCurrach were in charge of our programme in Novi Sad and were great hosts. They took us around Novi Sad and even showed us the beautiful countryside of the Fruska Gora.
Plus we went with Crosslinks Mission Partners Chris and Lotta Strajnic to HUB -(a college like Oakhill) where many "elders" are being trained to lead church plants (many of them are their early twenties).
We thank God for a wonderful holiday - something we will never forget!
