Tony trained as a barrister. He is an ordained Anglican clergyman who was curate at St Ebbe’s Church, Oxford from 1998 to 2003.  After this he moved to  Durham where he has been Senior Minister of Christ Church, Durham, an evangelical church following an Anglican polity but it is not recognised by the Diocese.
